About the blog - the whole blog concept is a bit narcisstic, but here, we try to make things as thought provoking, or as humorous, as possible. Originally, this began as a way to keep in touch with childhood friends, then it evolved into a way to tell family a bit about university life (thereby reserving phone conversations for deeper subjects), and now it has morphed into a Thing Unto Itself. Events mentioned here now pop up into conversation among people I see on a weekly basis (scary!) and events that happen among people that I see on a weekly basis are frequently mentioned here.
